Position Summary:
Business Analyst
Remote- US
80/hr ( DOE)
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the Americas Business Operations team during the migration to SAP S/4HANA. This role will focus on ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and usability of Customer Master Data and Contracting Data across SAP and Salesforce.com (SFDC), while also leveraging tools such as Power BI and Excel to support business reporting and decision-making.
You will play a key role in implementing best practices, supporting data readiness, and enabling seamless integration across systems. This position is part of the AMS Business Applications and Process Governance and will be fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the SAP S/4HANA migration by ensuring Customer Master Data and Contracting Data is accurate, complete, and aligned across SAP and SFDC.
Utilize SAP, SFDC, Excel, and Power BI to manage and analyze customer and contracting data and support operational reporting.
Ensure inbound data is scrubbed and formatted to meet minimum requirements before integration into SAP and SFDC.
Participate and conduct regular meetings with internal stakeholders and external distributor teams to ensure alignment and data integrity.
Maintain a high degree of data quality, consistency, and compliance with Customer Master Data and Contracting Data standards and guidelines.
Support and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities as required.
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data management, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in SAP, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Outlook.
Experience working with Customer Master Data and Contracting Data and understanding of their impact on upstream and downstream systems.
Ability to apply logical thinking to complex data challenges and assess business impacts.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across global teams.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in the medical device industry, distribution business operations, or commercial business operations.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
Knowledge of data governance and master data management best practices.
