Job Summary

We’re hiring reliable and professional 16-ft box truck drivers for consistent delivery routes. You’ll pick up small packages in New Jersey and deliver to multiple stops in Spring Valley, NY. All deliveries must be completed same day — no returns to the warehouse. Drivers are expected to complete their full route efficiently and professionally.

You can earn up to $2,400 per week depending on availability and performance.

Route Details

• Flat Rate: $350/day
• Pickup Location: New Jersey
• Delivery Area: Spring Valley, NY
• Schedule: 3-4 days per week to start, with opportunities to grow to 5-7 days per week
• Start Time: 5:00 AM
• Packages: Small parcels (up to 40 lbs)
• Volume: 50–200 packages per day
• Route Type: Multi-stop, regional delivery
• Policy: Incomplete routes may impact eligibility for continued route assignments.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Own a 16-ft box truck (required minimum vehicle size)
• Valid insurance in your name with comprehensive coverage and a driver-for-hire or rideshare rider added
• At least 1 year of experience as an owner-operator or delivery driver with a box truck
• Role may be subject to a routine background screening
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Experience with loading/unloading and multi-stop routing/customer delivery
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
• Must complete a virtual interview with pre-recorded questions
