The Job
We're looking for an Executive Recruiter who may not come from a traditional sales background, but gets it —someone who's naturally persuasive, curious, sharp, and hungry to learn. You'll be working directly with founders, executives, and senior talent to build high-performing teams. If you're excited by people, love connecting dots, and have the drive to grow into a consultative, sales-forward role, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
● Learn the full recruiting process from start to finish, with training and support from experienced team members.
● Get comfortable picking up the phone and calling potential candidates to introduce roles, build relationships, and gauge interest—real conversations lead to real connections.
● Write job descriptions, post openings, and manage candidate pipelines.
● Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outreach.
● Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess fit, motivation, and experience.
● Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, positive experience for candidates throughout the process.
● Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates, hiring managers, and teammates.
● Track candidate activity, notes, and progress using internal tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
● Work on multiple roles at once while staying organized, efficient, and responsive.
● Learn how to build strong relationships and develop a sharp eye for talent.
● Contribute ideas and insights as we continuously improve our recruiting approach.

● Have any experience in customer service, sales, operations, or admin roles (not required, but helpful!).
