**Job Title: Electrician** Job Title: Electrician Location: Spring Valley, CA Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM (Overtime as needed) We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Electrician to join our team in a manufacturing environment focused on water and wastewater filtration systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical panel assembly, conduit bending, wire pulling, and interpreting electrical schematics. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our systems meet high standards of quality and compliance. **Key Responsibilities** + Assemble and wire electrical control panels according to schematics and specifications + Bend and install conduit (EMT, GRC, and Aluminum Rigid Conduit) + Pull, route, and terminate electrical wiring + Interpret and work from electrical schematics and blueprints + Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes + Collaborate with team members to meet production and safety goals **Required Qualifications** + Proven experience in electrical panel assembly and industrial wiring + Proficiency in bending and installing various types of conduit + Strong understanding of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams + Familiarity with VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) panels and controls + Knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) standards + Commitment to workplace safety and use of PPE **Preferred Qualifications** + Journeyman Electrician certification (California JM card preferred) + Experience in water treatment, water filtration, or related industries + Experience in construction or blueprint reading + Commercial or industrial electrical experience **Work Environment & Requirements** + Work is performed in a manufacturing facility with adherence to strict safety protocols + Must bring steel-toed boots, long pants, lunch, and water on the first day + All tools and additional PPE will be provided **Why Join Us?** Be part of a growing company that plays a vital role in sustainable infrastructure. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
