We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson 2 (Marine Electrician) to join our team in Norfolk. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in marine electrical systems, ensuring high-quality installations and repairs while adhering to safety standards.

Pay Rate:  Depends on the Experience

What You'll Do:

• Run and secure cabling throughout ship compartments.
• Assist with equipment installation and hookup using technical documentation.
• Use proper tools to complete electrical tasks in compliance with safety procedures.
• Support more senior electricians in performing shipboard installations.
• Apply strong understanding of electrical safety and correct work practices.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work environments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience using power and hand tools.
• Understanding of ship compartmental layout.
• Capable of running cable, installing and connecting equipment using run sheets or drawings under supervision.
• Ability to follow direction from supervisors or senior electricians.
