Job Description

Salary: $85,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience and technical training is required. A Master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
• I have 10 years of experience in business or systems development, including implementation and installation in an online environment.
• I possess 3 years of demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing technical staff; cross-functional experience is highly desirable.
• I have pharmacy industry-related experience and knowledge of Optum EPS dispensing applications, as well as pharmacy compliance and regulatory knowledge.
• I am experienced in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and managing budgets, with a solid understanding of the impact of financial decisions on P&L.
• I have conceptual knowledge of information technologies and methodologies, and experience in the retail or production/service environment is preferred.
• I have at least 3 years of experience demonstrating one or more of the following: building and developing teams, strong relationship management abilities, exposure to various software project management methodologies, and successfully developing applications in new computing architectures.
• I have demonstrated my ability to manage multidisciplinary, high-performance work teams and execute multiple projects effectively, including resource management across numerous projects.
• I possess broad technical knowledge and hands-on experience in managing systems development in modern computing environments and hold strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• I facilitate the creation of a collaborative team environment while serving as a servant leader.
• I am responsible for team member staffing and selection.
• I focus on talent development through active coaching to enhance team members' technical and functional skills for career advancement.
• I develop and maintain a technology roadmap that aligns with business objectives and ensures the delivery of business value.
• I manage relationships with business partners and external vendors, overseeing project execution and delivery.
• I assess project viability and recommend strategies to meet customer needs effectively.
• I contribute to the development of annual business application system plans and direct project teams, serving as a process consultant and coach to Scrum teams on Agile practices.
• I work to eliminate team blockers and impediments and develop project resourcing strategies, allocating budget, staff (on-site, offshore & vendor), tools, and specialized support needed for cost-effective implementation.
• I ensure that application systems are designed following security and architectural standards.
• I monitor and report on the status of multiple concurrent project efforts to IT and user/customer management.
