Job Title: Physician Assistant – Wound Care (Home health - traveling around Oklahoma)

Compensation: $100/hr or % of collections - Earning Potential: $300k–$400k+

Employment Type: Full-Time, Can start part-time, W-2 Employee

Position Summary:

We are seeking motivated Physician Assistants (PAs) in Oklahoma to join our mobile wound care team. As a W-2 employee, you will provide on-site wound care in patients’ homes or residential care facilities, seeing approximately 3–6 patients per day (15–20 per week). You’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from our experienced clinical leadership and collaborating physicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person wound evaluations and treatment visits in patients’ homes or partnered facilities.

• Implement wound care plans using both standard and advanced modalities.

• Accurately document visits and update care plans using our EMR system.

• Maintain communication with referring providers, facility staff, and supervising physicians.

• Participate in initial onboarding and continued clinical training.

• Follow clinical protocols, safety standards, and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in your practicing state

• Willingness to travel frequently in your region (daily driving required)

• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently

• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient care

• Experience in wound care, geriatrics, home health, or similar fields is a plus but not required
