Are you a seasoned plumber with leadership skills and a drive to mentor others? We’re looking for a Plumbing Field Supervisor to join our growing team and help deliver top-tier service to our customers while leading and developing our skilled technicians in the field.
Supervise and support a team of plumbing technicians in daily operations
Perform quality control checks on completed jobs to ensure company standards
Provide hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship to field staff
Assist in troubleshooting complex service calls and problem-solving on-site
Ensure proper safety procedures and compliance with local codes
Monitor job progress, timelines, and materials usage
Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, and management to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
Utilize technology for scheduling, reporting, and team communication
Minimum 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial)
2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, diagnostics, and repairs
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Experience with Service Titan or similar field service management software
Relevant certifications or state-issued plumbing license
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
