### What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage accounting for a designated portfolio of properties.
- Perform key GAAP accounting functions, including reconciliations, general ledger management, and period closings.
- Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Oversee tenant and lease accounting, ensuring accurate billing and payments.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy of financial transactions.
- Support audits as needed.

### What We're Looking For:
- Location: Must reside in New Jersey or New York (Hybrid/Remote role).
- Experience: At least one year of property accounting experience (Real estate experience in any sector is welcome!).
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Skills: Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
