What You'll Need to Have:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years experience as a member of an Agile team, including 2+ years as a Scrum Master,
OR In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of combined higher education and/or relevant work experience, including 4 years on Agile teams and 2+ years as a Scrum Master.
Strong practical knowledge and hands-on experience with:
Scrum Framework
Kanban
Agile Principles
Familiarity with practices like user stories, retrospectives, story mapping, ATDD, TDD, continuous integration, pairing, and using information radiators.
Experience influencing teams and driving Agile adoption in complex environments.
Ability to coach, mentor, and support teams at varying Agile maturity levels.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
