What You Will Be Doing - Pioneer the integration of AI systems to revolutionize daily campus operations
- Architect and evolve our scalable franchise blueprint using state-of-the-art AI tools
- Lead the end-to-end process of bringing new campuses to life, from initial planning to final certification
What You Won’t Be Doing - Managing or providing direct supervision to teaching staff
- Handling day-to-day student or parent interactions
- Developing or designing educational content and teaching methodologies
Senior Advisory Consultant Key Responsibilities - Design and execute a comprehensive AI-powered operational ecosystem that leverages predictive analytics and real-time monitoring capabilities to ensure optimal efficiency, seamless scalability, and unwavering consistency across our growing network of educational facilities
Basic Requirements - Current residence in North America
- Minimum 5-year track record in operational leadership roles
- Demonstrated success in implementing and managing AI and automation solutions
- Flexibility to travel within the US (10-40% of time) to support new campus launches

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
