**Job Title: Solar General Laborer** Location: Fremont, CA **Join the clean energy movement!** **We're looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to support a solar project by replacing clamps and performing general labor tasks. If you're mechanically inclined, comfortable working outdoors, and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity.** **What You'll Do:** + Replace clamps using basic hand tools on an existing solar installation + Dismantle and assemble solar racking systems + Perform heavy lifting and outdoor labor + Follow safety protocols and wear PPE (gloves, hard hat, vest, etc.) **What You Bring:** + Experience in solar, construction, or general labor + Familiarity with hand/power tools and solar panel assembly + OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain before starting) + Mechanically inclined and safety-conscious **Why Join Us?** + Catered lunches & a supportive team culture + Real growth potential-past laborers have advanced to Product Manager & Head Engineer roles + Competitive pay with opportunities for raises during the contract **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
