Growing together.** You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Provider group liaison to improve Part D Measures including medication adherence, statin use + Provide education and formal presentations on Part D measures to provider group staff, including member educational initiatives promoting formulary alternatives and strategies to improve STAR/HEDIS measures + Understand pharmacy related quality reports and identify areas for intervention and improvement (e.g. medication claim reversals, medication adherence, etc.) + Assist with preparing educational materials and coordinating initiatives (e.g. provider statin letters, medication adherence prior year non-compliant lists) + Maintain and educate on patient and provider resources (e.g. financial assistance, educational materials, measure details, etc.) + Coordinate with outpatient pharmacies to ensure members receive prescriptions timely and assist with prescription refill requests + Conduct telephonic patient outreach to educate on medication adherence opportunities + Other duties as assigned to meet departmental objectives **What are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group? The salary range for this role is $19.86 to $38.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
